This was the worst hotel experience my family has ever had. My sons toy was broken by house keeping and they lied about it. They also claimed that our room was “messy” and will charge us extra for housekeeping when our room was cleaner than most. The staff is completely rude and unhelpful with everything. They have ruined our experience of Italy completely.

Very good and clean hotel for families. Nice pool with enough sunbeds, hotel close to the beach.||Friendly and helpful employees, free WLAN and a very good breakfast buffet. ||Only negative point: parking is not included.

We stayed there for 3 nights, from 6 to 9 of September 2021, halfboard, and the stay was fabulous with excellent service and amazing dinner buffet ! Food was delicious. Rooms were clean, specially the bathroom ! It was just few meters to the beautiful sea. Free beach area as well as paid. Parking the car was not a problem at all. Thank you Alexander and Waldorf for your hospitality. If you go to Cattolica, I highly recommend Hotel Alexander and Waldorf for your lovely stay.
